Why walk?

Solvitur ambulando. Greek philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Diogenes already demonstrated it to us.

Problem solving while walking, meeting while walking or coaching while walking sets you in motion physically, mentally and emotionally. You become more aware of your surroundings. All your senses are stimulated.

Walking allows ideas and thoughts to flow more easily. The conversations that occur while walking are perceived as more spontaneous and interactive.

By walking in nature or in the city, you are literally taken out of your familiar context and as a result, you gain new insights faster or get a different view of your situation more quickly.

All you need is a pair of good (hiking) shoes.
